We are recruiting for an experienced full-time, professional Resident Manager and a part-time Maintenance Manager to operate a modern self-storage property as a team in Casa Grande, AZ. Previous self-storage or related property management experience is preferred (2+years). Specific emphasis will be placed on revenue management skills including rental rate management along with managing inventory. This is primarily a sales, marketing and customer service position. Candidates must be friendly, energetic and have excellent telephone and communication skills, (both written and verbal). Intermediate knowledge of computers is essential including email, Microsoft Office skills, and previous experience with Falcon and Sitelink is a plus. Candidates must posses strong attention to details.

The resident managers will live on-site in an apartment provided by the business and oversee the daily operations of the facility and keep owners updated on a regular basis. We are seeking individuals who are ambitious, focused, and manage in a professional manor while treating our customers with the utmost respect.
OFFICE DUTIES
Office administration duties include but are not limited to:
leasing, marketing, banking and office duties, greeting existing and prospective customers, responding to inquiries over the phone, via internet and in-person. Renting vacant units, completing lease agreements and related paperwork, and assisting customers with top-notch friendly service. The position may involve hiring, training and supervising the part-time Relief Manager. Other duties entail off-site marketing, collecting delinquent accounts, preparing units for lien sale, submitting daily/monthly reports to the owner, conducting competition surveys, analyzing rental rates and scheduling/supervising maintenance repairs with both in-house employees and outside vendors.
MAINTENANCE DUTIES
Maintenance duties include but are not limited to:
preventive and seasonal maintenance on all aspects of the facility, daily cleaning of the office and customer restrooms, maintaining all common areas and driveways clean and free of debris, minor landscaping, weed and pest control, cleaning vacant units and preparing them for rental.
We want our office manager to be a confident leader who exhibits a positive, friendly and assertive personality and our Maintenance manager to be experienced in home maintenance and someone who has the confidence and ability to take control of challenging situations. While we are looking for a team who can take initiative and pride of “ownership”, this is a family owned business and you will be expected to report to the managing family partner on a regular basis.
We offer a competitive wage DOE in addition use of a 2 bedroom apartment which includes utilities and internet. Health insurance and benefits are NOT offered.
Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent and at least two years of related experience
Must be a team player, teachable, and have strong leadership skills
Must have clean employment history, criminal history, driving record and drug test
Proficient with computers
Job requires constant movement and must be able to lift and move 35 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs
