FEATURED JOB OPENING: Seeking Husband and Wife Team to Manage 55+ 4* MH/RV Community - Tucson, AZ

In search of a Husband/Wife team to manage 55+ 4 star mobile home resort community with seasonal RV business in Tucson. (300+ spaces). We strive to maintain good relations with our residents, and to provide a clean well-maintained property for them. The position requires dedication to maintain a successfully established, well organized business. Looking to employ two-person team with strong work ethics, a positive attitude, energetic, self-motivated, systems oriented with strong customer service capabilities and attention to detail. Prior property management experience or any type of customer service related job dealing with seniors is a plus. You should have basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, eMail).

COMMUNITY MANAGER

·        Will provide supervision of the community including office community building, pool, grounds, and site cleanups.

·        Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of properties.

·        Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance for property.

·        Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.

·        Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations.
