FEATURED JOB OPENING: RESIDENT MANAGING COUPLE FOR A LARGE CAMPGROUND - Marseilles, IL

Property Maintenance/Activity Resident Managing Couple needed for a large campground. You must be willing and able to live on-site. (The position is full time, or for the snowbirds, at least May 1^st to November 1^st) A free site if you own an RV, if not we will provide housing.

We are looking for a "hands-on" couple to manage/operate with experience in the following areas:

• Between the couple they must have managerial and maintenance experience.
• Attention to details
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate
• Professional and Outgoing personality
• Diplomatic/Leadership skills to manage others effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Confidence answering the phone and responding to tenants
• Good organizational skills
• Should be able to Multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A professional attitude and a desire to deliver great customer service
• Able to work weekends and Holidays in the summer season

Qualifications
~Must be able to pass a drug and criminal background check
~Valid Driver's License, Social Security, and Vehicle Insurance

~Have good references
