Sun West Ranch Property Owners Association, a 2000 acre shared ranch community in Cameron, Montana is now hiring for the positions of Ranch Assistant and Office Assistant.
Ranch Assistant position is full time, year round and housing with utilities is provided for this position. Office Assistant postion is full time from May1st to October 31st and part time from Nov 1st to April 30th. Both positions report directly to the Ranch Manager and the Board of Directors.
Ranch Assistants duties include, but are not limited to: the maintenance of equipment, facilities, wells and pumps, roads, handling miscellaneous homeowner services, caring for livestock and horses, weed management and plowing snow in winter months. Candidates with experience in maintenance, heavy equipment, carpentry and construction are encouraged to apply.
The Office Assistants duties include, but are not limited to: interacting with the staff, property owners, guests and renters, service providers and contractors in person and via phone or email. This role is best suited for an individual who can maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. The ideal candidate will have administrative, clerical and customer service experience in a professional office setting, have excellent communication skills, proficient knowledge in the use of applications such as: Micrsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Candidates must also be at ease with navigating a computer to send email, maintain/update POA's website and maintain antivirus and backup applications. Knowledge of parliamentary procedure and experience with recording minutes a plus. Candidates for both positions must be motivated, reliable, have clean driving records and be able to pass background checks and drug tests.
