We are seeking a motivative, enthusiastic Mobile Home and RV Community Manager team in Starkville, MS.  This property also has a separate mini storage.

The position provides a salary, manager's house including an allowance for utility expenses, gas allowance, vacation time  and health insurance after 2 months of employment.  This is a long term position. 

Responsibilities include: review and screening potential applicants, rent collection, eviction, fill vacancies, check-in/out RV guests, prepare monthly reports, maintain resident files, enforce park rules, promote positive resident relations, park maintenance, and property inspection. 

Background and credit checks are done on all applicants. Experience prefered but will train. This is a great college town.
