Seeking experienced dynamic duo couple to run boutique 17 room mountain view renovated 5 Star Trip Advisor Hotel in top tourist destination in New England. Commence Nov 1, 2021.

Biggest seasons: summer, fall,winter (ski). Handle all aspects of running small hotel: front, reservations system (Resnexus), marketing, community outreach, turns, maintenance, grounds, projects. HOusekeeping (with some part time help.) Comp package includes fabulous mountainview 3 BR home and utils. Bring Fido. Part of larger group of hotels (Maine and Cape Cod) so must be team players.

Annual bonus tied to gross, other bonuses also (tied to success), handyman project pay too with min. guarantees. 4 weeks paid vacation annually. Monthly stipend ($2500). Free stays at other properties. Relocation allowance up to $500.
