Great opportunity to live and work on a historic civil war battlefield in the highest mountains in Missouri. We desire a person or couple for the General Manager position in Pilot Knob, Missouri. The ideal person or couple must have the desire for providing excellent guest hospitality.

This position requires dedication and motivation to create a wonderful experience for our guests including assisting them with planning their visit to area tourism sites. The ideal applicants will have outstanding people skills, have a servant’s heart, be self motivated, have sound judgment, and a basic working knowledge of computers. A maintenance position can also be included for a qualified couple. This position requires customer service, taking reservations, and renting guest rooms.

The friendly manager is the main person dealing with customers. There is a housekeeping staff that you direct and supervise and maintenance staff that is available to you for maintenance issues. We need someone who can live onsite. We are asking for a couple in the position. The position doesn’t actually require two people, but it just makes it easier when you have a couple in the position.
