Seabreeze Resort is small & personal and has an established army of staff and a successful departmental management team, but we are looking for the assistance of two individuals with specific skills to complete this award winning line up.
The resort has been built and ran by the owners for the last 12 years and it’s time to share the responsibility with a Likeminded couple, who can follow directions and maintain long term proven procedures that have been in place for 13 years.
The successful applicants must have the following attributes.
One partner must be a qualified hands on Chef with the passion, ability and patience to upskill a long term kitchen team who have been receiving amazing accolades for quality food since the inception of the resorts opening in 2007. In keeping with our policies of giving all our employees the ability to be the best they can be, a full training plan is required that incorporates HACCP food handling procedures, as well as support and upskilling of our hard working head Chef & Sous Chef with new international cooking techniques, whilst being experienced in the mentoring and training of junior staff to an international standard.
Being multi skilled with a knowledge of food and beverage as well as a general handyman’s common sense approach to resolving maintenance issues will also be an advantage.
The second applicant, must be proficient in customer relations working alongside a long term office team that includes our accounts manager and staff relations manager. The role will consist of various duties appertaining to guests relations, service departments and the ability to problem solve alongside our current management team with all issues from guests to staff. This position requires a level of flexibility and a nurturing and patient personality.
AS owners we will still play an integral part in the business whilst living overseas with reservations and overseas procurement our key duties. We therefore see the daily running of the business to be the responsibility of the successful applicants along with the current management team and bi-weekly reporting to the owners over Skype regarding suggested changes or unresolved issues. While new ideas are invited, it’s important to maintain the proven procedures that staff are used to.
It is essential for the successful couple to have an intense level of integrity, honesty, the ability to engage in down to earth discussions as well as a good sense of humour.

This is a one year contract with the option of a second year by mutual agreement. Hours are based on a 6 days-week in high season- 48 average hours per week with additional hours as needed based on operational demand.
