Auditor/Trainer Team needed for natonwide Propert Management Company.

One team member needs to have excellent computer skills as well as customer service skills and enjoy training people.

One team member must have maintenance skills, including some plumbing skills, some electrical skills, lawn and landscaping skills, and home repair skills.

Both team members should have experience with Mobile Home Communities, RV prks, knowledge of marketing and selling mobile homes is a plus.

This position requires the new Auditor/Trainer team to train in a Mobil Home Community/RV Park for a minimum of 6 months to become familiar with company operational procedures.  Once initial training is completed, further training will be provided in the field with senior Auditor/Training Teams.

The new Auditor/Training team must be willing to travel and live in an RV up to as much as 50 weeks out of the year.

Position duties include recruiting, training management teams, hiring, management changes, and auditing parks.

This position includes salary, benefits, vacation, sick and holiday pay.
