Family Foster Home Supervisors - Respite - Fort Walton Beach, FL

We are seeking a full-time respite couple for our fully-furnished homes that serve up to 12 children, ages 6-17, in basic care.

Applicants must be legally married couples with NO dependent children (or pets) to serve as the full-time respite “parents” in three of our homes on campus and provide relief for our full-time live-in parents on a rotating basis.  The respite couple may also cover for houseparent vacations as needed. Free housing, along with free utilities, basic cable, and high-speed internet is also provided for the respite couple on our campus.

We have a vast network of community supporters who assist us with everything our children need. Although not a faith-based agency, we are faith-focused with many churches providing a diverse spiritual foundation for our children.

Full-time positions have a salary of $23,660 per person and housing is provided. Additionally, there is a cell phone allowance plus a generous employee benefits package including, but not limited to medical, dental, and employer-paid retirement.
