This is a work camper position. 6 mos. To full-time if right fit for all.
In exchange for 40 hours per week, you will receive free lodging in 1 bedroom motorhome.This includes electric and propane, wifi, and direct TV

basic. You will have access to the Club House and you will wash/dry laundry in onsite laundromat for free. Other incentives to be discussed pending

6 month evaluation.
If you have your OWN RV, you will get your space rent, electric, laundromat privileges included. You will be given propane voucher. Also $100 Visa

gift card per month.

Duties include but not limited to:

Maintenance, tree/bush pruning, irrigation, cleaning restrooms/laundromat, weed irradication, passing out mail, activities organizing, night security, etc.
