Caretaker Couple for a Large Mountain Estate - Gatlinburg, TN

Exceptional opportunity for a sober non-drug couple who loves dogs to work on a large mountain estate adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The man needs to be an all-around handyman with some landscaping esperience (mostly grass cutting), plumbing, electrical, mechanical carpentry and "fix-it" experience and talent. Self starter, and can see what needs attention. Will need to be more or less on call. His partner will assist my wife in home chores about 20 hours per week. We are often out of town, and the couple will look after our two loving dogs.

Furnished lovely one bedroom home,TV, truck,gas,Wi-Fi, and all utilities provided along with $700.00 per week. We do not provide insurance. We have  guests and events from time to time who leave nice tips as extra income.
