Camp Host Managers - Bridgeport, CA

Young at heart and mind needed to help manage daily operations of our family-owned RV park & campground. The season is from mid-April to mid-October 2024.

We are located on the shores of Bridgeport Reservoir, at 6500ft in the high Eastern Sierra of California; surrounded by the Sierra Nevada Mountains on three sides with ample Exploring, Biking, Fishing & Hiking; only a stone’s throw from Yosemite, as well as many other incredible destinations.

We're looking for 2 friendly and personable couples (singles will also be considered) to work 5 days on and 5 days off, giving you plenty of time to explore.

This is a paid position; compensation includes salary and a full-hookup RV site (with 30amp electric and high-speed fiber optic WIFI). Salary TBD based on experience.

It is important to us that you are outgoing, proactive, approachable and genuinely enthusiastic about the area and our guests. Our RV camp is known for its relaxed and family friendly atmosphere. We are not your typical RV park; we try to be more of a camping destination than a quick stopover. We have Saturday night bonfires where guests join and get to know one another. We're looking for individuals who can help facilitate this atmosphere and make our guests’ stay a memory they will cherish. Experience in plumbing, electrical, landscaping and knowledge of RV’s and general RV repairs are a must.

The Managing couples/singles will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our RV camp.

This is a hands-on position and responsibilities include but are not limited to guest satisfaction, supervision of the camp and team members, administrative support to the camp, reservations, maintenance, site and facilities cleaning, and providing guests with information on local attractions and recreation opportunities.
