Cafe/Pub Manager/Chef (or Couple) - Portland, OR

We are expanding the NW Portland International Hostel & Guesthouse. In this process we are adding a café/pub on site. It is ideally located on the corner of 18^th and NW Glisan. The café/pub will be open to the public.

We are seeking a person or couple to manage the café/pub and to assist in the process of setting it up and developing the menu. The vibe of the café/pub is an important connection to the world travelers passing through the hostel. We plan to be open from early morning to late night.

We started the hostel in 1998 and have expanded over the years to 5 buildings, all adjacent to one another, in the block. The hostel will have 150 dorm beds and 9 private rooms. Our Guesthouse has 22 private BnB style rooms. This will give the café/pub a sizable captive audience.
