Boutique Lodge, Aspen Colorado, Caretakers / Supplement Staff for lodge operations

10 Room Boutique Hotel (9 lodge rooms + 1 penthouse) located in downtown Aspen Colorado

1000 sq ft Furnished, On Site living Accommodation for couple: 2 bed/ 2 bath

Duties Include:

Housekeeping will give/share some of the outside duties (keep the patios clean, pressure wash as much as possible, blow all entrances and patios). Assist with owner and guest parking needs, cover and uncover furniture on the rooftop patio daily, assist chef to set out pastries, some cooking, cocktail service, table service for meals, walking owner dog each morning (only when at property 8 weeks), maintaining flowers in the home, setting table for dinner service, assisting with preparing any equipment needed for excursions, cleaning kitchen/dishes each morning following dog walk, organizing gear closet, ensure bikes charged and put away multiple times a day, assist cleaning all areas, organizing and charging scooters, cars washed weekly/bi weekly + vacuumed/ detail/ gas, maintain bikes, paddle board (cleaning and tuning/ service), sweeping and blowing patios daily, nightly turndown of fireplaces, shades, and beds, Make breakfast for kids/ and owners on request when at property (8 weeks only), Have homemade pastries/ snacks twice weekly, sunday breakfast, stock waters daily in lobby, gameroom, mini bar, penthouse, Help with Airport pickup/drop off and kids activities, put out afternoon snack spread, healthy grab and go snacks, stock custom lobby refuel items/ snacks & in gameroom snack try or pantry filled, help with service, assist with housekeeping (when needed),  light maintainance or property, overall care / cleanliness of property, guest services which may include local area insights and recommendations and overall care of guests needs. Basic property management and walk throughs of the property. Assistance with calling and managing vendors for any needed repairs. Assistance with one of home in Aspen. 

This is not an exhaustive list, however the couple will help maintain the property, provide plus one service, and ensure owner and lodge guests when rented have a great experinece. Individuals may help with guest and owner activities around town and with owners children when they are at the property.
