Bistro and Espresso Bar is looking for two professionals to run our breakfasts Tuesdays thru Sundays, March thru October. We are a small restaurant that seats 40 people. We have two servers, a busser,  and a chef currently on staff and are serving lunch and dinner with that crew. We need a couple who can make pastry, pies, pancakes, and operate or be trained to use an espresso machine.

I am looking for a professional hospitality couple of my boutique inn and restaurant in Lenox MA.

Our Inn is a gay-owned 12-room recently renovated historic mansion in a very busy summer tourism destination.  Recently gut renovated the entire first and second floor, adding insulation, new windows, bathrooms and furnishings.

our restaurant inside the Inn is an upscale/fine dining restaurant with two inside dining rooms - 16 seat private dining room and 24 seat regular dining room, along with 38 outdoor seats.

Head Chef Position

Summary of Position

The Head Chef is responsible for preparing lunch and dinner for 55 to 85 guests and 10 to 20 staff members. Guests have a one hour meal time, from 1pm – 2pm for lunch and 6pm to 7pm for dinner.

This position is an opportunity for someone who likes to cook, welcomes some variety in the menu and has control of the whole process.

Our Caribbean resort is looking for couples to fill any two of the following positions from May 2016.

Boat Captain - Must have a minimum of RYA Day Skipper or equivilant and 5 years experience operating diesel and outboard vessels.  This position involves guest and staff transfers, collecting supplies and disposal of waste materials and assisting with maintenance all other times.

Sous Chef: required to join our expanding kitchen team, NVQ Level 3 or higher and at least 2 years experience working in a high volume kitchen in a similar position.

Wait Staff / Boutique Sales:  Individual with Front of House and retail experience to assist in our restaurant and resort boutique.  Must enjoy guest contact and be of a very caring and bubbly personality.
