I am currently responsible for the day to day functions of a 16 unit motel that houses nightly as well as long term customers.  I manage all aspects of the motel including, but not limited to housekeeping, laundry, front/back office, upkeep and remodeling.  We are located in a small community that currently has 5 motels and I have created a strong customer base and a good name for our motel.  I am also working with the property owner to expand into long term housing and we plan construction on an apartment building this summer.  My partner, Caleb Walters, is very knowledgeable in all aspects of maintenance, repair and remodeling.

We are the perfect candidates for motel/apartment management.  We live and work together very efficiantly.  In our current possition we have increased revenue and built a very loyal customer base.  We took a 40 year old motel, with no updates, and have completely repaired and remodeled the facility.  We have also remodeled the house provided to us for living quarters.  And we are having an apartment building built on the grounds this summer. 

The owner lives in Colorado and visits once a month to go over any business at hand.  We have become very close with her and her husband and think the world of them.
