Married Resident Manager Team currently interested in re-locating to the Northern California/ Sacramento area to be near future grandchildren and family. Currently working as an RV resort manager couple in Yuma, Az. and looking for a not so extremely hot place in the summer. We cater to the 55+ winter visitors who come to Arizona for the warm winters. We organize social and recreational events from fishing trips to birthdays as well as CPR classes and handle all local government regulations. I've also succesfully represented our employer in civil court. Dixie's business experiance stems from owning a garage door sales and instalation business prior to the housing crash. Kenny's experiance stems from 20 years in the automotive service industry and is a former USAF Military Policeman. We enjoy working with people, especially seniors and will keep many of our current tenants friends for a very long time. We look forward to making many more
