We both have an extensive number of years in customer service, sales/marketing, administration and managing various types of personnel
For nine years we managed Don's parent's affairs while they were in an assisted living facility. This included managing 6 rental properties with maintenance crews, cleaning personnel, etc. Don completed most of the routine maintenance and minor repairs himself. Crews were used for extensive remodeling and Don managed those also.
We also took care their bookkeeping, income taxes and all financial affairs; including rent receipts, deposits and advertising and showings for rentals when vacant
We are both proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
