We can both maneuver a tractor (front loader, bush hog, rake and box blade), riding lawn mower (zero turn or standard), weed wacker etc.
Our professional backgrounds are as follows:
Michael Daniel has over twenty-eight(30) years experience in television, radio and print advertising. His scope of expertise includes concept and implementation of multi-market advertising campaigns, acquiring media schedules and writing commercials. His earlier years involved running a local Christian radio station in Southern California. Over the years his television and radio media partners have included television stations such as; NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, Time Warner, Travel Channel, PBS, The CW; with top ranked radio stations in major markets such as Los Angeles including; KFI, KOST, KBIG, K-EARTH.
Michael's first full time employment was in the waterbed industry from which he learned all facets of opening new retail store locations. Two years later at 23 years of age he opened his own store that ran successfully for two years and was then sold. He relocated to Dallas as general sales manager to launch a new start up waterbed company. He opened three locations all in malls, running ongoing sales training and motivational meetings until his transition in 1983 into full time marketing and media placement for Mutual Advantage. During his five years in Dallas he also worked a high end furniture showroom at the Dallas World Trade Center.
A stay-at-home Mom for over fifteen years, Annette gradually re-entered the workforce starting with her own small pet-sitting service "Healthy Paws in Motion." She then went on to build an extensive resume of administrative and organizational skills as an entrepreneur; owning a litigation services corporation "Litigation Services" which specialized in trial consultant work. As a Certified Trainer in inData Corporation's "Trial Director Suite" Software; her responsibilities included that of organizing electronic exhibits, processing and syncing digitized deposition transcripts and creating PowerPoint Opening Statements and Closing Arguments for her clientele as well as assisting in the Juror selection process and coordination of expert witnesses.
Annette worked exclusively on multimillion dollar complex litigation cases representing clientele such as; Twentieth-Century FOX, major pharmaceutical corporations, Toyota Land Rover and many other Fortune 500 companies. Her services included a year and a half dedicated to consultant work, entrusted with the processing of police reports and a voluminous array of evidence and exhibits on behalf of the Santa Barbara District Attorney's Office and Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department on the infamous "Michael Jackson" matter.
