Production Manager,Miami University Television Studios, 1981-1983. Supervised and instructed 50 students operating control room, studio and remote broadcast equipment. Instructed students in use of 1/2" and 3/4" post-production and audio
control room facilities. Produced and hosted "Spectrum", a 30-minute weekly television news magazine for Miami University. Supervised studio production crew of 12, coordinated talent, researched content, directed field production, budget and logistics issues. Left to begin work for WHIO AM/FM upon graduation from Miami University.
Field Production Manager and Talent for Miami University Television News 1981-1983. Covered city council meetings, community issues and consumer features. Recognized by Department Chairman for outstanding news production and content.
News Anchor/Reporter for WMUB-FM, a 30,000 watt NPR affiliate in Oxford, Ohio, 1980-1983. Covered election
results, Çounty Board of Elections Meetings, Miami University Speakers Bureau and produced feature stories.
