For the past 5 years,developing a derilict run down old historic hotel,restoring 6000 square ft of t inside and out,refurbishing all the interiors,decorating and opening the business.

Once the buisness opened,we went even further to open within the Hotel a licenced Bistro

This was successfull and my son in law took over Bistro

Last 2 years we purchased a Historic Manor Estate,restored the Manor House,then further rebuilt to old cottages in grounds and turned them into luxury homes within a couryard setting, with a pool.

The property has now got its tourist court licence,and our recently divorced daughter now runs the business.

We are looking for an opportunity within the hospitality business to display our flair for making guests feel welcome,and maintaining a first class property to a high standard,have had years of looking after both salt water pools and chemical pools,lawns etc.

Marketing and residentail manager couple for 15 years at Wellow Manor,Hampshire, a large development of Luxury rental properties approx 45 homes including tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

The resort was at the time outstanding and something very new for the UK it was an outstanding success and the owners sold after 15 years and retired to Palm Springs.

My husband and I decided to take our family to Georgia and purchased an old historic 6000 square ft hotel.  We worked on the place for 2 years and refurbished it,decorated and marketed it,and opened as a Historic Bed and Breakfast.
