We manage and maintain a 311 mobile home park, we also help maintain, collect rent, and rent out apartments for 2 sets of apartments in Columbus and help to maintain and collect rent, rent home for 4 other mobile home parks in Caledonia, MS, Tueplo, MS, Okolona, MS, and Columbus, MS.
February 3, 2011 until May 18, 2011: Hidden Acres Mobile Home Park - Park Managers
We managed and maintained a 101 unit park. We collected rent, rented homes, and did maintenance on the homes, re-conditioned the inside of vacant homes. Reason for leaving: Owners sold park and transferred us to Airbase Mobile Home Park.
June 12, 2009 until February 2, 2011: Opelika Mobile Home Park - Park Managers We managed and maintained a 125 unit park. We collected rent, rented homes, and did maintenance on the homes, re-conditioned the inside of vacant homes. Reason for leaving: The park owners transferred us to Hidden Acres Mobile Home Park, to get it up and running before the sale of the park.

We both helped to re-condition 4 homes while waiting on the company to sign papers to buy Opelika Mobile Home Park, then the company we worked for transferred us to Opelika MHP.
February 2009 until May 2009 : U-Haul of Jacksonville , FL
Worked as a couple managing and maintaining a 300 unit storage facility. We rented units, cleaned units, mowed the lawn, collected rent, rented trucks and trailers, kept the trucks and trailers clean, kept the grounds neat and clean, and enforced rent collections every month. Reason for leaving: New District manager came on board and started cleaning house, so we left before we got fired.

Front Office Receptionist – I took care of setting all the doctors appts, collecting the co-pays, and billing. I submitted all request to Hospitals for testing and blood work. I answered all the phone lines and done all the filing of paperwork in patient charts.
January 2006 until May 2008 : The Heart Center of Huntsville - Huntsville, AL
Medical Records Secretary - I filed all paperwork in patient charts, typed up doctors notes, ran medical charts to all the heart doctors, and re-filed medical charts back on shelf.
