We are offering the opportunity to replace a couple's 35 year tenure as General Manage snd Marketing/Sales person.

The chosen candidates will eventually (several months) will assume the responsibilities to manage two manufactured home retirement communities ,one all age manufactured home community(740 home sites), 24,000 ft.² of commercial offices and 24 apartments .

The position requires dedication to maintain a successful established (45 years) well organized business .

This position requires the experience and skill to join with other employees who have many years experience and are cross trained so that they understand each other's responsibilities and the goals
of the business owner.
