Superintendent couple required for 90 unit condominium building with pool and hot tub in Cote Saint Luc. Minimum 3 years experience. Non smoking environment. Also the employee should consider part of his duties but not limited in whole or in part the following: cleaning of the building, accompany and supervising the contractors coming to do repairs in the common areas of the building, do minor electrical repairs ( replace ballasts, installing electrical outlets, switches ), minor plumbing work ( replacing faucets, washers, ), keep a constant inventory of all supplies used in the building, painting as indicated by the manager, remove snow and spread salt at the front door, spread salt on the driveway and exterior parking lots as well as all access ways to the building, remove snow from all emergency doors, open the driveway at the street level when blocked by snow, clean and maintain all exterior areas.
