Small short-stay community hiring on-site Manager or Manager/Maintenance couple. Must be able to lease, collect rent, handle evictions and take care of your residents. Need to also be adept at maintenance. Monthly Salary plus apartment included. Perfect for a couple that has apartment management and maintenance experience.
