Paramount Management is seeking an Experienced Resident Manager Couple for a live-in position for the W Suites Portfolio, 4 buildings consisting 130 units. Qualified Team members must be able to work independently, as well as in a team-centered environment, have proven excellent customer service, organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

- Building a team environment.
- Ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction and maintain positive resident relations.
- Exceptional leasing experience to prospective tenants
- Administration Skills with proficient computer skills using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Provide operational maintenance of building and units including snow removal
- Daily Cleaning of common areas
- Three year experience as a resident couple.
