Sayulita Suites in Nayarit Mexico is looking for a manager over the off season from April to November 2011. The owner lives in Canada during this time managing local farmers markets and is currently looking for a responsible manager.
We have a small vacation rental property just north of Puerto Vallarta Mexico and we are looking for a live-in manager that operate our business and will be responsible for the following:
- Daily operation of the 5 rental units
- Taking bookings for future rentals
- Co-ordinating staff, cleaners, the gardener and general maintenance
- Keep the property clean with daily sweeping and watering of garden
- Managing guests needs and co-ordinating check-in/out
- Basic book keeping and finances
- This position requires that you at the property each night, and present for check-in and check outs. Otherwise you may forward the business number to our company cell phone.
This is a position for a preferably bi-lingual Spanish and English speaking couple with former experience in customer service or related field. Please send us your resume with references if you are interested.
** Re-numeration for this position is basic live-in expenses and includes the following:
- 3000 Pesos/ Month
- Company cell phone with local calling
- Free Large Two Bedroom suite with patio views
- Linens, towels, laundry soap included.
- Free laundry and all utilities included
- Fresh water delivered to the property
- Wireless internet and cable
This position would be ideal for a couple looking to spend some time in a warm climate without expenses who may be self employed otherwise, or run a home business. We are looking for responsible and trustworthy decent people looking for a place to call their home over the next season. Please do not apply if you drink excessively or use recreational/hard drugs. We are looking for an early to bed, early to rise couple as the position does harbor some liability.
