Front Desk Agent & Housekeeper - Couples ONLY wanted
For immediate hire are two positions: a Front Desk Agent and a Housekeeping Room Attendant. Please note that we are only considering couples for this position.
Front Desk Agent Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Front Desk Agent is responsible for customer service excellence, smooth operation of the Front Desk, balancing cash and credit card transactions, effectively communicating with the housekeeping department, and ensuring policies and procedures are being followed.
The ideal candidate for this position should be reliable, hard-working, and must have at least 2 years experience in the Hotel or Customer Service industries, and some college or university experience is preferred but not a requirement. On-call duties will be required a maximum of 2 nights per week.
The position comes with subsidized staff accommodation, benefits, relocation assistance, and 1 return flight is available for vacations. Wages for this position range from $16 - 18 per hour based on experience.
Housekeeping Room Attendant Job Description
Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for the daily cleaning of guest rooms and public spaces, along with laundry, garbage removal, customer service excellence, and effective communication with the Front Desk.
The ideal candidate for this position should be reliable, hard-working, and must have at least 2 years experience in either commercial cleaning or hotel cleaning.
The position comes with subsidized staff accommodation, benefits, relocation assistance, and 1 return flight is available for vacations. Wages for this position range from $13 - 15 per hour based on experience.
