Building Superintendent Couple Required April 1
Duties
- Cleaning and general maintenance
- Managing on-site daily activities in a multi-residential building
- Light administrative duties
- Routine general maintenance
- Building and maintaining positive professional relationships with tenants
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Proven communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work well in a team environment with minimum supervision
- Experience in cleaning
- Must be well organized
- Previous experience as a building superintendent is an asset
- Healthy compensation package including salary and free rent
