We are seeking a full-time respite couple for our fully-furnished homes that serve up to 12 children, ages 6-17, in basic care. Applicants must be legally married couples with NO dependent children (or pets) to serve as the live-in respite “parents” for children awaiting adoption or reunification with family when our primary parents on campus have their weekly date nights and weekends off. The respite couple may also cover for houseparent vacations as needed.

The Home Parent position is one in which a couple is hired to move into one of our Temecula area group homes where they take up full-time residence as surrogate parental care-givers with the six children who are placed in that home for the couple to live with and care for.

Our children's home in Piedmont North Carolina, has openings for mission-minded married couples or indivuals, without dependent children, for its live-in Youth Support Professional (direct care) positions. Applicants must be over 21 with a high school diploma/GED or higher degree. In our program of care for children and youth who are placed in our care as victims of abuse and neglect, we use a professional, team-oriented, trauma-informed approach to provide a safe, healing, stable, homelike environment for our youth. Our child care staff are a key part of our holistic philosophy of care in promoting youths' positive spiritual, social, educational,emotional, and physical development.
