Experienced superintendent couple needed to maintain 51 units in Cote des Neiges.
Must speak English and some French
Duties include:
Cleaning of common areas
Garbage and recycling removal
Rent collection
Cutting the grass, shoveling snow and salting the entrance
Must be able to do minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
4 ½ apartment provided + salary
Must provide references.
