Storage Manager (or Couple) - Houston (Corporate Office), VA

We are interested in a very driven single property manager or a two person team/couple to maximize the rental potential of a self-storage facility location.  The individual or team/couple will oversee all aspects of storage transactions, customer service, rentals, office duties, record-keeping and security.

These individuals will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the store.  They must have a strong desire to grow the business,through outside the box thinking, developing effecting branding and marketing strategies, a positive attitude that reflects a desire to maintain the highest level of customer service and respect for internal and external customers.

The individual or team/couple must be able to conduct themselves professionally while servicing customers that may include community involvement through marketing initiatives.

The individual or team/couple must be able to endure exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.

This position requires a valid driver’s license and maintains a good driving record to operate motor vehicles with both types of transmission (automatic or standard).
