Self-Storage facility located in North central San Antonio has unique opportunity for a husband and wife management team.
Professional, courteous, team workers with excellent customer service, basic accounting, and computer skills are needed. Qualified applicants should have knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. Prior knowledge of Winsen (the mini-storage accounting software) helpful but not necessary, as well as Penske truck rental/web site experience a bonus, but not mandatory.
Qualified applicants are asked to send BOTH resumes WITH references and will only be considered for an interview once these are submitted. The position requires two full time employees, one position is primarily an office position and the other is a combination of maintenance work for multi properties and relief management too, therefore reliable transportation is a must.
Applicants must have excellent telephone skills, customer service orientated, proficient computer skills and the ability to be a team player. This job position requires maintenance, light grounds maintenance, cleaning of units, the ability to lift 25-35 lbs, & the ability to walk up and down the stairs without issue.

Applicants are required to live on property and it is part of the compensation package.
Compensation: SALARY++, 2 bedroom-2 bath apartment, cable TV, wi-fi and utilities.
