Manager Position Open at Hotel Resort in Baja California

Owner of Beachfront Resort in Baja California Sur, Mexico is looking for a manager (couple) to assist him and attend to the resort from December 2011 to August 2012.

A couple is preferable for this positions (40 -- 60 years of age) as if one qualifies as Manager the other can be in charge of other duties based on his or hers work experience and skill. Both will be offered salary, room & board. Manager will be in charge of the day-to-day activities of the hotel (maintenance, reporting, scheduling, accounting) and acting as host to the guest while assisting with the sales of the hotel rooms.

Requirements
•    Management experience needed.
•    Fluent in Spanish & English
•    Previous experience living in Baja California a plus
•    Strong Leadership Skills
•    Working knowledge of Computer systems.
•    Excellent organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties, staff, and guests
•    Ability to follow and give direction and respond with appropriate actions in a timely manner.
•    Self-motivated, customer service and detail oriented, ability to multitask.
•    Punctual and reliable

Responsibilities
•    Plan, organize, direct and coordinate the employees and resources of the restaurant for the efficient and profitable service of food and beverage.
•    Supervise hotel operations & Conduct periodic walk-throughs of the hotel
•    Ensure guests receive prompt, professional attention and are greeted upon arrival, and that the audit function and reports are completed on time
•    Serve as "manager on duty" as required and perform other duties as assigned
