Small Resort in Franklin NC is looking for a healthy, semi retired couple with income that wants to live 2 hours from Atlanta in the Mountains.
Responsibilities:
Guest check in, Guest Maintenance.
Housekeeping, Grounds Keeping
Banking, Record Keeping
Oversee all aspects of the business.
Position Requires:
Self-Motivation
Excellent People Skills
Knowledge of financials, property upkeep, and sales.
Computer skills
Must live on site
Background Check
Compensation:
Cottage, electric, water, cable, Internet, plus % of rentals.
