Residential Maintenance Technician and Leasing Consultant - Bowling Green, OH

A privately owned and operated apartment complex located in Bowling Green, Ohio is looking for a couple to join our team. We are in need of a Residential Maintenance Technician and a Leasing Consultant. 2 Bedroom Apartment wth all utilites, including phone, cable and internet.

Residential Maintenance Technician

Essential duties of this position include the following:

- Timely completion of work orders and special projects

- Completion of plumbing, electrical and HVAC service requests

- Completion of apartment turns including cleaning, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair/replacement

- Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner

- Maintain grounds and common areas (Lawn care and snow removal from the parking lot are handled by a 3rd party company)

- Ability to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl and lift and/or carry 50 pounds is required

- Response to emergency situations after hours is also required

Residential Leasing Consultant

Essential duties of this position include the following:

- Show and lease apartments to potential tenants with a pleasant and friendly demeanor

- Qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, complete move-in paperwork and ability to follow all Fair Housing Laws

- Collect rental payments (no cash will be handled)

- Maintain communication with residents, applicants, management, and vendors

- Manage all resident and property files and forward copies and receipts to management

- Computer skills are required

Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening is required
