On-Site Resident Managers Needed, 3 Positions available in St. Cloud and Sauk Rapids
Main duties include, but not limited to: resident relations, light maintenance, turnover cleaning, tenant turnover, shoveling walks, maintaining grounds (minimal). Other duties as assigned. Must live on -site and pass criminal background check. Positions can be for one individual or a couple. Flexible schedule. Reduced rent + hourly wage.
