Experience Resident Manager or Couple required for a mid size apartment building in Langley area duties include but not limited to common area cleaning, suite rentals, posting of ads, tenant screening, minor maintenance, daily, weekly monthly reporting, rent collections and banking. With a couple one person can have an outside job as long as the maintenance of building, suite turnovers at end of month can be completed. The apartment is a non pet, non smoking building with above ground and underground parking. Mail or fax resume.
