Start date flexible: 9/12- 2013 for the right person(s).

CARETAKER Responsibilities include: Well management/experience, plumbing knowledge, general management of property: fire clearance, tool/equipment maintenance, fencing, road/grading maintenance, minor Administrative, etc. (Subcontractor) $900.00 per mo. for 80 hrs per month or negotiable based on experience. This includes housing valued at $800.00.
Vacation Rental management: (to be determined) Additional part-time job pending.

Live on-site: 1 bd., 1 bath (possible workshop) off barn.

Additional features: Horse accommodations; View of coast; outside work that works with ranch management is important. English speaking.
