We are seeking a community management team for a manufactured home community in Yuma, Arizona. This is a retirement community and a retired couple would be well suited to this position. The ideal candidates would have experience in multi-family residential property management or specifically manufactured Home Communities and strong people skills. The management team would share the administration duties and maintenance however they see fit. Duties would include Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, maintain the landscape of the community, and be available 24 hours per day for tenants needs. The management team must live on-site in a very nice park provided home, handle all rent collections, and handle tenant evictions. The requirements are at least 3 years of previous management experience and computer knowledge including knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Compensation will be $1000 per month and housing will be provided. We are an equal opportunity employer.
