Property manager needed for 25 unit building on 1st Hill, Seattle WA 98101. Experience preferred but not essential. Must be a hands-on self-starting individual or couple with good people skills.Duties include collecting and depositing rents and preparation of rent reports. Manager will clean and mop common areas, clean laundry room and lobby. Manager is to perform miner maintenance. Additional work other than minor maintenance will be paid on a hourly rate to be negotiated. Manager compensation is a large (1) one bedroom apartment and one parking space. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL MONTHLY SALARY. Must have good background check without criminal history, and good credit. NO PETS. Must be capable of performing handyman functions and not afraid of getting your hands dirty.
