This job is in a mobile home park and working for the top 100 largest mobile home parks in the country.
We are looking for a working couple who has experience in property management and maintenance in multi-family environment.
The main responsibilities for Property Manager are:
- Must have 3+ years Apartment/Mobile Home Park experience
- Collections close to 100%
- overseeing marketing and leasing/selling mobile homes in different social media sites
- working with mobile home manufacturers and bringing new tenants and new homes
- Inspection of grounds, building, and units on a regular basis
- Data entry of accounts payables and receivables
- Writing Newsletters
- Willing to work flexible hours and weekends
- Work independently and multi-task
- Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and decent credit score (600+)
- Must have good history of dependability and multi-task
- Rent Manager and speaking Spanish is a PLUS
- Good grades in High School is a PLUS
The main responsibilities for Maintenance are:
- Fixing Under-Ground Water leaks and Sewer lines
- HVAC experience in fixing minor issues. Ability to Install HVAC is a plus
- Experience in pouring and finishing concrete, building decks, basic home repair (toilets, broken cabinets, minor plumbing issues,etc)
- Landscaping
- Bring own tools and have reliable transportation
- Must have good history and dependability and multi-task
- Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and decent credit score (600+)
- Good grades in High School is a PLUS
The selected couple will live onsite and COLLECT 8% of receipts. The more the receipts, the more you will earn!.
Compensation is around $40,000 PLUS HUGE BONUSES to In Fill the park and improve operations. Once the park is full, you may be earning $60K and beyond.
Lot Rent will be included in your compensation and you will need to live onsite.
