Newton Community Development Foundation, Inc. (NCDF), a private not for profit, developer and manager of affordable housing is seeking a mature couple to assume maintenance responsibities for a 75-unit rental property in Newton Centre. Two-bedroom apartment, including heat and hot water provided.
Evening janitorial and on-call responsibilities, including snow removal. Rotating weekend on-call coverage.
