Endeavour Foundation is one of Australia’s most successful and well known Not for Profit human service organisations, dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of people with a disability. Endeavour is committed to supporting people to live as equal citizens in their community. We are currently seeking a Prize Home Property Maintenance Management Couple or duo who will manage the maintenance and upkeep of luxury prize homes including, housekeeping, gardening and maintenance. Reporting to the Production Manager – Supporter Enterprises, this full time opportunity is a multi-site role where as a team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the upkeep of the prize home portfolio, located in the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland areas. The dynamic duo will live at various prize home locations that will change every 6 to 8 weeks as different prize homes become ‘live’. This opportunity represents a key revenue stream for the organisation. The key deliverables of the role are: • Responsible for security, cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep of current live prize home to be display-ready every day, including but not limited to: o Managing external maintenance of prize home – lawn mowing, weeding, gardening, pool cleaning, window cleaning and minor exterior house cleaning o Managing the internal upkeep of live prize home – cleaning, cobwebs, window cleaning, floors and general repairs o Handling all general repairs, minor maintenance and wear and tear of live prize home as required o Maintaining Workplace Health & Safety standards at the live prize homes to ensure the safety of all staff, suppliers and general public • Residing in the upcoming prize home(s) in the lead up to the ticket selling campaign (4-8 weeks) and managing all onsite maintenance to get the next prize home display ready • Coordinating the display of all advertising and directional signage in and around the prize home whilst it is live • Maintaining all organisational equipment in good working order • Organising and supervising all major repairs, and maintenance required for the prize home portfolio • Key liaison between prize home contractors, suppliers and Endeavour staff based in Brisbane to coordinate core prize home related activities • Providing onsite customer service and reflecting Endeavour Foundation’s values of Respect, Inclusion, Integrity and Accountability at all times • Ability to travel between locations of prize homes (in your own vehicle) • Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: • Proven property management experience is preferred • Skilled in minor property maintenance and ability to direct building contractors is desirable • Experience in cleaning and presenting ‘show ready’ luxury prize homes • I.T. literacy / comfortable using computers
