Mature Resident Management Couple, experienced in all phases of operation of a small (23 unit) beach motel that accepts daily and long term bookings. This is a hands on position to operate and manage. Applicants must be experienced in dealing with public, including front office, housekeeping , pool care and light maintenance. Managers are assisted by a Resident Housekeeper. Compensation includes a one bedroom apartment including utilities, a monthly food allowance and production based commision with an increasing percent with bookings. Sorry but this position is not suitable for a couple with children, but ideal for a retired or semi-retired couple, in good health and physically fit.
