Located right on the North platte river, Saratoga, WY is a small town (pop est 1200) thats perfect for a couple starting over somewhere new. Nestled in the valley of the Snowy Range mountains, its also a outdoorsmans enthusiasts dream. Where the slogan for the town is "where the fish jump on main street" and the hunting in the surrounding areas are amoung the best in the USA, we are a small mom and pop motel (only 14 rooms ) looking for just the right someone to manage.
Monthly salary and free living on site included (3 bedroom attached house (master bedroom and oversided living room) also includes internet and cable (closed curcuit security cameras on site).
My wife and I have been running this place for the last 8 years and we maybe work a combined 20 hours a week total, that includes the cleaning also. Very laid back- lots of time to enjoy the surrounding area during the days. Also wanted to mention saratoga has natural hotsprings pools free to the public.

Requirements:
This job requires prior experience in hospitality and a contract for an extended amount of time.
References required include prior rental, prior job, and credit score
Monthly Salary/ what we offer:
(Includes all listed duties) $1500.00 month / 5% cost of living increase annually and yearly bonus based on profit margins (2% bottom line)
Free in-living (3 bedroom attached house) cable and internet included
### Minimal 2 year commitment till however long you choose to stay.
Owner may terminate contract anytime and require immediate removal of manager if owner feels it is in the best intrest of the business.
Manager duties include but are not limited to:
# Complete overseeing of daily operations
# Making resevation (daily log sheets only paper work required of manager - owner does all billing and deposits)
# check in / check out services (Manager required to be on site for check ins between 3 and 10pm daily)
# cleaning rooms, inspecting and logging repairs, minimal maintnance
(Owner will be on site once a week to perform required maintanance logged during previous week unless emegencies that require immediate action)
# laundry services - ordering linen
# daily/weekly collection of funds for weekly deposit.
(Owner will be on site once a week to collect funds for deposit)
# property cleanup (sweeping lot, dusting cob webs off building and doors, picking up cig butts/trash, general cleanup, etc.)
### Required to shovel snow in winter time
