We are a small fun-loving, but highly-productive and professional apartment complex. We are looking for a full-time couple to join our team. We need a strong couple that is both responsible and willing to work. If you have 2- 5 years' experience in property management industry, we encourage you to apply. The couple that we hire will have a apartment at our community located in Baytown, Texas. You will live on property, working Monday through Friday. Maintenance generally works from 8am-5pm, and Office staff works from 12pm-6pm. We will do a background check and drug test, as well as random drug testing. You must be friendly with customers, as this is one of the main parts of our facility is customer interaction.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
We are looking for a reliable Maintenance technician to oversee all installation, repair, upkeep operations of our community's facilities, and to be solution oriented. A great maintenance technician will have a solid understand of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry skills. Must be well-versed in all maintenance processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2- 5 years’ experience in a maintenance technician role. Responsibilities and Duties:
· Overseeing Apartment Maintenance and maintaining the physical apartment complex property and general Apartment Maintenance repairs of the community.
· Must be able to handle plumbing repairs, HVAC equipment, appliance and carpentry repairs, electrical repairs and all facets of apartment make-ready including housekeeping, sheet rocking, tape and float, texture and painting.
· Ensure the property's efficient Apartment Maintenance operation on a day-to-day basis.
· Maintain inventory for cost effective operations
· Schedule and complete the Preventive Maintenance Program
· Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors
· Required respond to on-call, after hour emergencies;
· Monitor and maintain all Apartment Maintenance building systems
· Handling grounds keeping apartment property clean and upkept.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- 2-5+ years’ experience in property management
- Proven experience as maintenance technician
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and engineering concepts, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Activator/self-motivator to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Demonstrated excellent verbal communication skills
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail
- HVAC Certified
- Technology Savvy
LEASING CONSULTANT
We are currently seeking a high energy, sharp, friendly, reliable, dependable and super organized Apartment Leasing Consultant. This Apartments Leasing Consultant position will be responsible for assisting in property operations; maintaining occupancy levels through strong sales skills; ensuring positive tenant relations; working with maintenance staff; working under the property manager and complying with all online reporting requirements.
· 2 years to 5 years of prior Apartment Leasing Agent / Apartment Property Management experience preferred.
· Amazing people skills.
· Familiar with all fair housing laws and regulations
· Must be a MULTI-TASKER who can work under pressure!!
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Extreme proficiency in computers, technology, online marketing and online property management software.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- a Minimum of 2- 5 years’ experience in sales/customer service.
- The ability to anticipate customer needs, change goals and direct quickly and multitask
- Proven excellence in customer service
- Capable of using independent judgement/solid decision-making skills ability
- Must have professional and polished front office appearance, attitude and demeanor.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of property management software preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Salary:$42K-$45 per year plus aFREE apartment plus commission.
