Self storage operator is seeking a customer service friendly, experienced couple to manage a mini storage facility in Southern California (San Diego) to start immediately.

Successful canidates will answer customer inquiries, show storage units, take payments, provide general maintenance, organize lien sales amongst other duties.

The position provides for the managers to live on-site in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with basic utilities included in the compensation package.

The facility consists of 50,000 sq. ft. with over 500 units, and is 97% leased.

Only applicants with a minimum of 5 years of experience is the self storage industry need apply. Spanish speaking by one of the management team is desired.

Compensation will be based on experience, working schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 100% paid health insurance premiums, 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of employment, 3 sick days per year.

 

NO PETS WILL BE ALLOWED TO RESIDE IN THE APARTMENT.
