FEATURED JOB OPENING: Seasonal Motel Management Team - Chatham, MA

Seasonal ocean-front motel in Chatham, Massachusetts is seeking a management team for the 2017 summer season.  Candidates must be available from April 17 - November 1, 2017.  Ideal candidates would be a couple with hospitality experience and strong people skills.

Job Description:

• Overseeing the day to day running of the motel under the supervision of a General Manager
• Answering all phone calls
• Reservations (phone, email, online booking engines)
• Guest arrival and check-ins
• Conceirge tasks
• Tending to guests' needs
• Light maintenance
• Occassional housekeeping
• Light gardening and groundskeeping as needed
• Overseeing and scheduling housekeeping staff
• Overseeing laundry
• Opening and closing the motel in the spring and fall

This is a live in / on site position.  Job requires both members of the management team to work full time for the duration of the contract.  Position includes a furnished, one bedroom, ocean-view, second floor apartment (bedroom, bathroon, living room, dining room, full eat in kithcen).  All utilities are included plus cable and wireless internet.  If mutually agreeable this contract can be renewed at the end of the season for 2018.
